The latest K*Track releases deliver a powerful mix of cosmetic polish and heavy-duty logistics automation. While the K*Track development team has handled plenty of "housekeeping" with fixes and performance tweaks, the core of these updates focus on expanding the application's capabilities across four key pillars.

Expanded Data Import & Integration

Efficiency starts with data. K*Track now has new ways to ingest information from external sources, such as manual license imports directly from Tecsys WMS. Additionally, bulk node management is now a breeze with worksheet uploads, and manual license handling has been automated to trigger "Release License" actions immediately upon saving.

Advanced Logistics and Routing Logic

The physical movement of goods is now smarter. K*Track’s intelligent route assignment now factors in specific departure days and times, and now includes added support for complex routing where a single truck can be assigned to multiple routes. For planners, the new mass route simulation feature and store-specific localization (including Daylight Saving Time support) provide unprecedented control over scheduling.

Enhanced Tracking & Documentation

Visibility is paramount in your supply chain. K*Track now captures more granular package data, including weights and descriptions. The Proof of Delivery functionality has seen a major overhaul, featuring clickable image hyperlinks in the Package Manager, enhanced popups with Counter Delivery PDFs, and the ability to email Proof of Delivery notifications with resized attachments directly from the interface.

Mobile and User Experience Automation

Finally, we’ve focused on the user experience on the ground. The K*Track mobile app now features role-based user interface configurations and intelligent workflow automation, such as suggesting transport unloads when returning to origin. With new "Bulk Delivery" options and automatic print dialogues, the mobile experience is faster and more intuitive than ever.
