Balanced History Management. The extended history collection is coupled with a smart purge process that allows you to determine exactly how much history you want to keep. This space-saving feature helps manage data volume, which can be critical if you face usage charges under hardware hosting agreements.
Customizable Cleanup. The accumulated history is run through a customizable cleanup/purge based on rules you define, such as a part's dollar value or the transaction date. New fields on the display screen instantly show the current status of the part directly on the audit trail screen. Fields displayed include On-hand, On-order, In-return, Location, Returnable Indicator, and more. This view is customizable to display any parts information needed.
Customized Audit View
The new, customized audit view displays the most recent transactions at the top (in reverse chronological order and with extended history). This eliminates the need to enter a date or scroll through transactions of fast-moving parts.
