What's in a name?

K*Track is named in honor of Keith Rodricks, one of the original developers of our package tracking application, who died unexpectedly before the application was completed.

  • Comprehensive Details. Messages include specific order information and carrier tracking links (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL), and help you maintain compliance with Caterpillar’s Global Dealer Standards for order status transparency.
  • Message Verification. K*Track records a success/failure indicator for every message sent and retains a full history of all communications for easy recall.
